Decided to hold a marquee event? Here’s what happens next.

So you’ve just chosen your marquee, but now what? Organising an event in one can be a daunting task if you’ve never done it before. That’s why we’ve written this step-by-step break down of what happens next, from your initial enquiry right through to clearing it off the site once your event has finished.

1. We receive your enquiry via telephone, email or direct from our website using the quick enquiry form

2. Our marquee coordinator, Jess will acknowledge your enquiry, request any further information from you as necessary and discuss your event with our Marquee Director, Mark

3. Your marquee proposal with breakdown of costs will be emailed across to you (or posted if you prefer)

4. A senior member of our marquee team will carry out a site visit. They will be looking to confirm that there is suitable vehicle access and to discuss your specific requirements with you in more detail

5. You confirm that you would like to go ahead, we send you a contract and deposit request in order to confirm your booking in our diary

6. Four weeks prior to your event we’ll send you a pro forma invoice for full payment and we’ll be on hand should you wish to talk through any final details or if you have any queries whatsoever

7. With 1 week to go we’ll be in touch to confirm the date that we’ll begin to erect the marquee and the date by which we will have cleared the site for you post event
