We are looking for team members who:

• Have at least 3 years’ experience in a hospitality environment. Experience of working at racecourses or large venues desirable;
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation;
• Ability to adapt to change and have a flexible approach;
• A high standard of personal appearance;
• Level 2 Food Safety qualification.

Our Managers and Supervisors are crucial in driving the delivery of exceptional service to all our guests across all venues. This is an exciting and fast paced role with plenty of variety. We offer a large range of catering styles and the highest level of customer service is expected. Our areas of work include private boxes, banqueting, restaurants, C&E and retail outlets. Our Managers and Supervisors take charge in leading the team to delivery that CGC quality to the highest standard.

Our F&B team are crucial in the successful delivery of service to our guests. We are always seeking new people to join the team at the multiple venues. As part of our F&B team, you’ll be serving our guests who are each seeking to experience that CGC magic. Whether working the vibrant boxes at York Racecourse to serving elegant weddings at The Sun Pavillion, each shift is an exciting experience where no two are ever the same.
