CGC Event Caterers are experts in high-volume bar operations, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service across hundreds of events and venues. We cater to all event styles, offering a diverse range of drinks from expertly mixed cocktails to a selection of real ales. We also invest heavily in curating an impressive wine list, working closely with esteemed local merchants like House of Townend, Yorkshire's oldest and finest wine merchant. This collaboration has even resulted in our own house-blended rose wine, a best-seller across all our venues.

CGC goes beyond the ordinary - we've created custom cocktails inspired by specific shows and events, such as Shrek and The Wizard of Oz for the Theatre Royal and Concert Hall in Nottingham.

The University of Wolverhampton at The Halls exemplifies CGC's commitment to bespoke bar service. This venue features eight permanent bars strategically located throughout the building, along with four pop-up bars that can be deployed based on event demands. These pop-up bars offer a focused selection of draft lagers and ciders for increased efficiency based on audience profiling of the event.

The permanent bars cater to diverse needs, from The Lantern, the largest bar serving the main civic stalls, to premium options like The Portico and VIP Bar, offering an extensive selection of top-shelf spirits and a wider variety of wines.
