Your Pathway to Success

The CGC Academy offers a variety of specialised training pathways for both hospitality and retail team members. Each pathway provides a structured framework for development, allowing you to gain the skills and knowledge needed to advance your career.

Core Training Pathway: Led by our dedicated Service Excellence Champions, this pathway guides casual team members on their journey to becoming casual managers and then potentially permanent managers.

Casual Team Member Development Pathway: This pathway focuses on your individual growth, taking you from entry-level to intermediate team member, then to an experienced team member and finally to a team leader role.

Casual Manager Development Pathway: This pathway equips casual managers with the necessary tools for success. It includes an induction program, training in our service excellence standards, ongoing support, and access to specialised training modules.
