The Sun Pavilion is a blank canvas venue owned by North Yorkshire County Council with the day-to-day management undertaken by a dedicated team from CGC. The venue hosts predominately weddings throughout the summer season and has the adaptability to host a range of events from corporate gatherings to charity galas.

The Sun Pavilion exemplifies CGC's commitment to seamless event execution. Our role extends far beyond simply catering. We provide a dedicated manager who oversees the entire event lifecycle, from initial consultations and contract development to final clean-up.

Pre-Event Logistics: We advise on feasibility, create contracts, and handle all ordering – from staffing and beverages to equipment, food, and venue setup. You will have a dedicated point of contact who are on hand to answer queries from initial enquiry, to offer advice on best practices for events and support throughout the planning process.

Event Day Management: Our team meticulously prepares the venue, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to safety regulations. We coordinate with suppliers, manage guest flow, and oversee all aspects of service throughout the event.

Post-Event Cleanup: Following the conclusion of the event, our team swiftly and efficiently cleans and resets the venue, ensuring a smooth transition back to its original state.
